RECREATIONAL MARIJUANA IN SAINT KITTS AND NEVIS

The cultivation, sale, and possession of cannabis for recreational purposes are illegal in Saint Kitts and Nevis.

Any kind of possession of cannabis is illegal in Saint Kitts and Nevis and will be punished.

In 2017 the Prime Minister of Saint Kitts and Nevis put together a National Marijuana Commission to research the possibility to decriminalize or even legalize cannabis. So far no laws have been changed.
