The production, sale and possession of any form of medicinal marijuana products are illegal in Armenia.

RECREATIONAL MARIJUANA IN ARMENIA

The cultivation, sale, and possession of cannabis for recreational purposes are illegal in Armenia.

Although marijuana usage is Illegal in Armenia, cannabis grows naturally in Armenia. Cannabis use is not uncommon though and as the country serves as a transit for drugs coming from Asia, hashies and marijuana are not hard to find. Possession of even small quantities of cannabis can lead to imprisonment.

We are not aware of any possible law changes in the (near) future in Armenia regarding medical and/or recreational cannabis.
