RECREATIONAL MARIJUANA IN THE BAHAMAS

The cultivation, sale, and possession of cannabis for recreational purposes are illegal in the Bahamas.

Although it is not hard to find marijuana in the Bahamas, it is illegal and you will be prosecuted when caught for possession.

We are not aware of any possible law changes in the (near) future in the Bahamas regarding medical and/or recreational cannabis.
