The cultivation, sale, and possession of cannabis are illegal in Togo. The laws are being taken seriously in Togo and you might even end up in jail for possessing very small amounts of cannabis. Some say that it is easy to bribe the police in Togo, but if you like to be safe, don't go near anything illegal, including cannabis.
