The cultivation, sale, and possession of cannabis are illegal in Tuvalu. As Tuvalu is just a small island, the police is having most crime under control. Them being very effective means that the chance of getting into trouble is quite big. Drug related crimes are taken very seriously in Tuvalu and you might up in more problems than you wished for, so be very careful.

We are not aware of any possible law changes in the (near) future in Tuvalu regarding medical and/or recreational cannabis.
