RECREATIONAL MARIJUANA IN UGANDA

The cultivation, sale, and possession of cannabis for recreational purposes are illegal in Uganda.

The cultivation, sale, and possession of cannabis are illegal in Uganda and will lead to serious punishment which can even include a prison sentence.

There have been some calls for legalization by local farmers in the past. So far no action towards any form of legalization has been undertaken by the government.
