I ordered a $9.00 pre-roll to check-out the new to me THCP strain and unfortunately I chose this company to order from. I ordered on 01/01/2025 and to date they haven't shipped. I've contacted them in all the different ways they've provided, and to date no response. I'm a good and dedicated customer to those that treat my like a valued customer, and they do the one thing that all good businesses do; communicate with their customer. I'll go elsewhere, thank you.
